Ramin LalezariTesla A bad experience. The cars are marvelous. Right? That’s what we thought. Our first Tesla was the 2017 Model S 90D. After 8 months of driving the car we absolutely love it. The first Tesla experience was incredible from delivery to today. So much so that we decided to buy a second Tesla last month. The second one is a Model X 100D. We had it for 4 days since we took delivery on September 30th. On the 5th day the car was dead in the garage and instead of driving to work I got to watch it get towed away. 12 days later and we still cannot even get a call back from Tesla about our car. All they have told us is that someone is writing a patch to the firmware but they don’t know who or when. A new expensive car with a custom firmware patch? Who knows what will happen next time they do an update? How can we take our little kids skiing fearing getting stuck in the mountains or worse yet on the side of the highway? We have no idea what the problem is with our new car. What is different and defective in our car that it requires a patch? The worst thing is that the Tesla dealership does not seem to care. Not an email. No phone calls for days. Not even the curtesy of returning our phone call asking about the status 5 days ago. From the beginning they refused to commit to any date or any fix. This second Tesla purchase has completely ruined our opinion of the company and their cars. Not telling the customer what is wrong with the car is unacceptable. Taking huge sum of money from the customer (for the second time this year from this customer) and having their brand new car die and sit for weeks waiting for their software is outrageous. Would anyone in their right mind spend this kind of money and accept a car which could die at any moment because it is different from all other Teslas? Hurry up and buy a Tesla. Give them the money and prey that you will be luckier than we were. We are still waiting to hear from Tesla and wonder when they will give us back the patched up piece of garbage. Tesla has ruined these two former fans. We look forward to our next car.

Kevin DinhI put a $2500 down for a showroom Model X with Kyle (Gerald), but after talking to our financial adviser, we decided to go with a Model 3 instead because we wanted to buy a house. Susy and this Costa Mesa dealership refuses to return my deposit. It's not like a loss to them because it was not a custom order. They already sold the car by now. Not only that my $1000 deposit for Model 3 that I transferred over for the payment still has not been refunded. They have no right to hold that $1000. This $1000 is not legally bound to anything. I haven't even test-driven the car or seen it. You can't hold my money. I tired of getting the run-around from this dealership. They are trying to steal my hard-earned money. I called Tesla customer service and talked to Dustin, and at first they told me that they are working on it and they will issue a refund. Then week later there's no refund and told me that I need to contact Susy and Costa Mesa dealership because they are the one that's holding my money. They are selling cars that are over $100,000 and yet you need many approvals for just $1000? How many approvals do you need to get for a small amount of refund? It's been over a month and I am still getting the run-around from them. I thought Tesla would be better than any other common car dealership. I don't think Elon Musk would want his brand to be tainted by this dealership.

G Richard RaabPlease consider the idea of allowing somebody buying a new car, to indicate that employees can write their name on the inside of the frunk lid. The idea is that if somebody worked on a car and wants to indicate that they did so, they put their sig on . The same should be of the sales/service ppl. Personally, I know that I would LOVE to have tesla employees sign our car and show some pride in what they did.

Steve PennyI test drove the S series P100D last Sunday in Calgary, Alberta. Wow... what a life altering experience, and I mean that completely; LIFE ALTERING. I've always been a sports car and horsepower enthusiast. All the sounds, smells and adrenaline rush that go with owning a powerful/fast vehicle have always kept me smiling. Tesla has COMPLETELY made me rethink what I love about cars. That car IS THE FUTURE. 80% less moving parts, the 'Ludicrous' and immediate speed, the full autopilot and summon functions, the luxurious interior, the comfort... THE SILENCE ... I currently own a very powerful, fast car and have owned MANY sports cars over the years, nothing compares to this Tesla, nothing. The most amazing car that I have ever had the pleasure to drive, I couldn't stop smiling! I will own one in the near future. Bravo...

The Frunk could use a non-flammable retardant cushion surround the battery and other components to prevent fires or compact explosions. The glass also needs to shatter differently so improve the type of glass to shatter and divert impact force away from the passage and drivers side to the edges and rim of the window while still being able to shatter from pressure when underwater. www.youtube.com/watch?v=oNRPTsD0BLE

Donald D. BattlesNote the new Tesla Power Pack for solar installations has a far reaching advantage for electrical sufficiency. Tesla and Elon Musk are building the worlds largest battery factory in Australia. His plant in Reno when finished will be the largest building under one roof in the world. The Tesla Model 3 has a backlog of 500,000 and is now in manufacturing. The US has 16,000 charging stations and 10,000 more are under construction by VW as a penalty for the diesel emissions lie.

Joe RosemanIn a world full of corruption, where peoples' tragedy becomes the "fortune" of others, who most certainly lack sympathy, long live Elon Musk, for the selfless decision of updating Tesla vehicle's system (over-the-air), AT NO COST, making possible to extend the miles coverage of Tesla owner's cars in Florida, so they could go farther during the Irma hurricane. In many other countries this could have been an opportunity to overcharge. This simple gesture may have passed unoticed by most people who don't own a Tesla (I don't own one), but sure raises desire to possess anything built with such spirit of sympathy. There are many moments and events in which we get to know the essence of people and, critical moments, like Tropical Storms, at least allow us to unveil some good faces. Elon Musk, in name of elegance, tenderness, intelligence and entreprenuership and (mostly) human values, even though I'm just a John Doe, I would like to thank and congratulate you for the roads you've chosen to pave so far.

Shekhar M MoonaGoing to give you the heads up on Puerto Rico. Lobbyists for coal fired plants and oil and gas will push to have their power generators in Puerto Rico. Tesla will bid, but will be underbid by a coal fired plant. That plant will most likely run into cost over runs. And exceed the budget set. Continuing a cycle of increases expenses. Puerto Rico has, plenty of rivers and waterways to produce hydroelectricity. Puerto Rico, gets plenty of sunshine to produce solar electricity. Puerto Rico gets plenty of wind to produce windpowered electricity. Puerto Rico could probably get underwater turbines if the environmental impact study is complete. ELON has to address these hurdles that Lobbyists are going to compete to get Puerto Rico's business. Coal and gas being shipped to Puerto Rico is not efficient and is expensive. Green initiatives are the only way to power Puerto Rico efficiently and cheaply. Elon will have to get a special team to, understand how these Lobbyists work and that team has to come under budget or at budget and underbid other companies. Can he do it? Yes, but he is seriously going to have to play his cards right.

Robert BernalI'm curious as to what the energy stored on energy invested is for Tesla's batteries. Lots of people think that batteries require more energy to make than it's worth. I believe that Tesla has already figured out how to make them using less energy. I don't want the amount of carbon dioxide used, because that'll be reduced in the future, anyways. What I want is like kWh of energy in for a kWh of storage (and how many cycles expected). Thanks in advance, Robert.

Was passiert dann?

Hier sieht man zumindest Fakten & Veränderung.

Mike Hoffman#dontwreckit Tesla sucks at repair times. The repairs are outsourced to a limited group of undermanned and under-equipped shops. Accident in April, return expected in September. Meanwhile, payments, registration renewal and insurance money going into the trash can. #takecareofyourcustomers Elon Musk

Bill AdamsShares of Tesla dropped 3.5 percent on Monday after Chief Executive Elon Musk warned that the electric carmaker would face “manufacturing hell” as it ramps up production of its new mass-market Model 3 sedan. At a launch event on Friday, Musk said customers had made over half a million advance reservations for the Model 3 as he handed over the first 30 cars to employee buyers, setting the stage for a major test of Tesla’s strategy to become a profitable electric car maker. Tesla is counting on the Model 3 to help turn the cash-losing company into a profitable one and transform it from a niche player to a heavyweight in the automobile industry. Investors already skeptical of Tesla’s aggressive growth targets focused on a warning by Musk that early production would be challenging.

Jermaine SmithI think it's priced just right. $35,000 for base model, 220 miles per charge or $44,000 for 310 miles of range and you pay a little bit more for extra features. I see people bitching and moaning about the cost between the features/paint/rims etc... The BMW i3 is more expensive with less tech/quality!! The Chevy Bolt is just a plan joke for more money and weak ass features (Ugly AF). WTF people?! This man/company can't win for losing! If you don't like the car then move the F--k on (cheap complaining ass MF's)!

Moncho Escartin OrusGreat Elon. You would have to set up a Tesla factory in Europe. In my city of Huesca, in Spain you have a lot of industrial land already urbanized, and there is a newly built airport that would be practically private for you, as there are hardly any flights. Huesca is a city of 50,000 inhabitants alone, but it is close to Zaragoza and its General Motors Europe factory. Please keep us in mind.
